Professional Career
Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2022, Me Bouvier Tremblay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Montreal, obtained in 2021.
He began his practice in criminal and penal law, where he developed solid experience in advocacy before the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec. He then turned to civil and commercial litigation, broadening his scope of practice, particularly in real estate litigation and extraordinary remedies, including injunctions and safeguard orders.
Mr. Bouvier Tremblay also practices disciplinary law, having represented professionals in cases against their professional orders.
