Laura Muñoz Gutiérrez is a partner in the Corporate Law practice.

She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset deals, corporate and debt restructurings, strategic alliances and joint ventures, with a special emphasis on advising international clients.

In addition, she provides ongoing advice on corporate and contractual matters to various Spanish companies as well as the Spanish subsidiaries of major foreign multinationals, advising in particular on the drafting of business collaboration agreements (distribution, supply, services, etc.), as well as on such matters as restrictions on share transferability, corporate governance and the composition and election of governing bodies, dividend policies and deadlock resolution clauses.

She has been a lecturer in the Master's in Corporate Law at the University of Navarra.
