Profile

Laura is a Principal Associate in the Corporate team.

She advises on a wide range of corporate matters including cross-border transactions, acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, investments, group reorganisations and corporate governance matters.

Laura works with a variety of clients including private equity investors, private and public companies and management teams. Her experience spans a wide variety of sectors, and in particular, she has notable experience working on transactions in the energy and infrastructure and the technology sectors. 

Laura undertook a 9-month secondment at a corporate finance house as part of her training in 2017. During this time, she assisted the corporate finance team and the investment fund team with advancing their ambitious portfolio strategies.  She has also previously worked in-house for a global software company and a marine and offshore engineering company.
