Mr. Kyoo Tae KANG is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, Domestic Litigation, and Construction & Real Estate.

With 23 years of experience serving as a judge from 2001, Mr. Kang has handled a wide range of cases. In criminal matters, he presided over sexual assault, economic crimes, election-related cases, and warrant applications. In civil matters, he handled construction disputes and petition cases. In addition, he served for two years at the Seoul Family Court, managing family litigation, and gained further experience handling various civil cases while working as a Research Judge. Since beginning his legal practice as an attorney in 2024, he has successfully defended clients to acquittal in criminal cases, including sexual assault and occupational embezzlement, and achieved favorable outcomes in civil cases involving insurance claims and loan disputes. Drawing on his extensive judicial experience, he is committed to providing clients with the highest quality legal services.
