Mr. Park is currently serving as a guest professor at Chung-Ang University’s Graduate School of Public Administration. He obtained a doctorate in Public Administration under the theme of “Accountability Determinants of Credit Union Federation (2020)” at Chung-Ang University and served as a full-time professor at the National Credit Union Federation of Korea Training Institute. His academic area of interest encompasses local governance, common-pool resource analysis, financial policy, and electoral systems.
