- Led numerous construction-related disputes, including claims for construction payments for the SK Songdo T/C building and the Kangwon Land Hotel and Condominium, as well as various defect litigation matters
- Advised on and led litigation relating to redevelopment and reconstruction projects, including WOORI GANGNAM PFV, the Uiwang Jangan Urban Development Project, and the Uijeongbu Nogyang Station Area Housing Association
- Advised on and led litigation relating to the construction and operation of golf courses, including TANI CC and Shin Han
- Led litigation relating to IT and ICT matters, including a system integration services dispute involving Kangwon Land
- Led patent and trade secret litigation for various clients, including KORENS, HANCOM Inc., and Shinhwa Intertek Corp.
- Led high-value tax litigation involving the comprehensive gift tax regime, comprehensive real estate holding tax, gift tax on overseas assets, and corporate tax arising from M&A transactions
- Represented Tongyang Securities (Yuanta Securities) in criminal and civil proceedings relating to commercial paper (CP)
- Represented CEOs and corporate owners in multiple criminal proceedings, securing acquittals
- Led numerous injunction proceedings, including applications to suspend the duties of CEOs and association heads
- Led numerous disputes involving the Gwangju Jeong Clan and the Yeonan Lee Clan
- Served as legal counsel to major corporations and public agencies, including the National Tax Service, KT Corporation, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Kangwon Land, the Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation, Hansol Education Corp., Triple Crown, and the Uijeongbu Nogyang Station Area Housing Association
