Kristoffer is part of the firm's employment law group.

He specialises in working environment law issues, including the rules on working time and the legal requirements for a safe working environment. Kristoffer also has experience within special areas of labour law, such as the rules regarding general application of certain wage and working conditions, compliance with supervisor responsibility, and secondment of employees. He also has top expertise with administrative fines for breach of working environment legislation.

Kristoffer has experience from public administration, including from the Directorate of Labour Inspection.
