Kristine Martinez is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. She has been an integral member of complex litigation teams handling high-stakes disputes, including a recent liability matter for an international vehicle manufacturer involving catastrophic injuries. She has assisted in preparing for trial, drafting numerous motions in limine that helped achieve a mediated settlement.

Kristine served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Rosalyn Tang of the Appellate Court of Maryland, where she analyzed appellate briefs and trial records. She researched a broad range of civil legal issues including evidentiary and procedural issues.

Prior to law school, Kristine was a policy analyst who analyzed legislation and regulations concerning emerging technologies from introduction to enactment across all 50 states. In this role, she also reviewed city and county council ordinances and delivered industry-impacting alerts to clients.
