Krissy advises private equity and venture capital funds, companies and other interested parties on acquisition, investment and disposition strategies.
Krissy is a member of the firm's private equity team. She has experience representing clients in multimillion dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Krissy was an associate at a national law firm where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance counseling for clients in the healthcare industry.
