Kongwat Akaramanee is a partner at Kudun and Partners, active in the firm's dispute resolution and litigation practice. He provides a full spectrum of dispute resolution services, including commercial litigation, administrative law challenges, employment disputes, construction disputes, white-collar crime defense, and restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He has represented clients at all levels of the Thai courts, including the Supreme and Administrative Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Known for his strategic approach, Kongwat has extensive experience handling high-stakes disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder and joint venture conflicts, professional negligence, EPC contract disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, anti-competition claims, fraud investigations, and corporate governance issues. He is well-versed in mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), advising clients on pre-litigation risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and crisis management.
