Ms. Shmueli is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department and provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on corporate law, technology & life sciences, and cross-border transactions.



Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Shmueli served as an assistant to the Israel Defense Attaché to North America at the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C., USA.



In addition, Ms. Shmueli served as a research assistant at Bar-Ilan University, where she was also a member of the editorial board of the Bar-Ilan University Law Review.
