Kennedy Haraseb is a Senior Associate at ENS Namibia.

Kennedy advises on all aspects of employment law ranging from litigation, regulatory, workplace investigations, drafting agreements and compliance matters impacting businesses on the African continent.

Having acted for various national and international clients in both the public and private sectors on the African continent, Kennedy provides clients with effective strategies on all employment law related matters, issues affecting employers in contentious matters and provides strategic advice on collective agreements. Kennedy has also been involved with matters relating to immigration litigation in Namibia, which impacts employers and senior executives, as well as advising senior executives on aspects related to their employment, directorship, and shareholding. Kennedy has also been the lead attorney on various arbitration matters in Namibia. He also advises retirement funds on areas which interplay with employment law.

Kennedy has had the privilege of being appointed as an academic associate for Contract Law at the University of Pretoria. He has successfully represented the University of Pretoria at two prestigious Moot Court competitions and has held an executive role in TuksSports. Kennedy has also authored various articles.

Kennedy has been actively involved in the Property Law and Notarial Committee of the Law Society of Namibia and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Solicitors Association of the High Court.
