Keenan provides guidance to clients spanning industries-including retail, financial services, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and telecommunications-on a diverse array of employment law issues at every stage of the employment relationship. He represents employers in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels, and before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Texas Workforce Commission. His experience includes employment discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants agreements and trade secrets, wrongful termination allegations, and traditional labor matters. He also regularly advises employers on their rights and obligations under federal and state employment laws; assists in drafting employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment-related agreements; and delivers preventative recommendations and counseling to avoid litigation.

Keenan is a contributing author to the firm's Employment & Labor Perspectives Blog and is involved in the firm's pro bono efforts.

During law school, Keenan served as a judicial intern with the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
