Keely Morton practices in the areas of product liability, general liability, and personal injury litigation. She routinely manages matters from initial claims through trial and appeal. Ms. Morton has experience representing manufacturers of a wide range of products including motorcycles, automobiles, medical devices, plumbing products, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, diesel engines, construction equipment, and packaged beverages. Her recent successes include:
- Obtaining summary judgment in favor of a major motorcycle manufacturer in a wrongful death action;
- Negotiating a zero-dollar settlement in a suit for property damage against one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S.; and
- Successful early state resolution of a claim for personal injury against the world's largest manufacturer of exercise equipment.
