Profile
Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department, where she has worked since joining Garrigues in 2011. Her areas of expertise are IT, electronic commerce, privacy and data protection.
Katiana has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting agreements on different subjects and practice areas, in particular in the digital world, and also in preparing corporate agreements. She has an international vision of corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as privacy.
Throughout her professional career, she has provided ongoing advice and legal audits on data protection, and also on projects to adapt to legislation on data protection and information technologies. Katiana also has broad experience in penalty proceedings at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Member of A Coruña Bar Association.
