Profile

Kathleen Gray concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning for executives, professionals, and business owners and in probate and trust administration. Her practice included a focus on estate, gift, and fiduciary income taxation as well as marital property. She served on a State Bar subcommittee that drafted revisions to Wisconsin's probate law. Ms. Gray has extensive experience working with the special issues that arise in cases of blended families. Her most recent experiences included:


  • Represented affluent individuals and families in structuring trusts and other entities to maximize wealth preservation from one generation to the next.

  • Represented corporate and individual fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in probate and trust administration matters.

  • Drafted pre- and post-nuptial agreements to address the ownership of property between spouses as well as disposition in the event of divorce or death.
