Profile
Karl Hammarlund is a member of Delphi's EU & Competition practice. Karl advises clients in all areas of EU and Swedish competition law. Karl has experience of various competition law issues such as merger control, co-operation between competitors, abuse of dominant position and state aid. Karl also assists clients in cartel investigations, dawn raids, and competition law litigation (especially in competition law damages cases). Karl represents clients in competition law cases before both the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission.
