Ms. Ayalon is an associate in FBC's Labor Relations Department.
Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment matters, including labor disputes and negotiating and drafting personal employment agreements and collective labor agreements.
Ms. Ayalon represents clients in a wide range of litigation proceedings in various Israeli courts,both in individual representation and collective employment disputes, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
