Kara Connolly is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group.
On the criminal/regulatory side, Kara-'s practice is focused on multi-national investigations, criminal prosecutions and regulatory cases concerning bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering and company law breaches. Kara regularly advises on engagement with law enforcement and regulators and on all aspects of corporate crisis management. Kara also has particular expertise in all areas of international sanctions and export controls.
On the civil side, Kara also has extensive experience as a commercial litigator and has acted for a broad range of commercial clients including technology companies, large funds, financial institutions and public bodies. She has a particular focus on complex contentious matters and defamation proceedings.
Kara is admitted to practice in Australia, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
