Kaitlin White is an attorney in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the litigation practice group.  Ms. White has a broad-based litigation practice with a primary focus on business and commercial disputes. She has experience representing corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court in a variety of subject matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and product liability.

Significant Accomplishments
  • Defended a North Carolina hospital system against breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act class action claims, and secured a complete dismissal of all claims asserted against the client at the motion to dismiss stage.
  • Represented the nation's largest private corrections company with respect to civil rights litigation and commercial disputes.
  • Represented companies and individuals in a variety of business and commercial matters involving claims of breach of contract, premises liability, product liability, negligence, and fraud.
  • Defended an Abu Dhabi small arms manufacturer against negligence and product liability claims, and secured a complete dismissal of all claims asserted against the client at the motion to dismiss stage.
  • Represented national hospital companies and physician practice groups in actions involving noncompetition agreements.
