Kai Behrens is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.

Kai specialises in general corporate law, corporate regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and complex cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. 

Kai advises on a broad range of local and international corporate matters, with particular experience in corporate governance, due diligence investigations, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial documents. These include sale of shares and sale of business agreements, share subscription agreements, board and shareholders’ resolutions, memoranda of incorporation, and shareholders’ agreements. 

Kai has advised clients across a diverse range of sectors, including automotive, e-commerce, hospitality, aerospace, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, precious metals, and defense.
