Jure joined DTB in 2022. His work is mostly focused on assisting clients navigate various aspects of financing. His responsibilities include drafting of the security documents, facilitating pledge registrations in the competent registries as well as issuing comprehensive legal opinions.
In addition to his work in financing, Jure actively provides legal assistance to clients dealing with real estate matters. This encompasses a broad range of activities, such as advising on property transactions and representing clients in land registry proceedings.
Jure's expertise also extends to litigation support. He offers ongoing assistance in numerous court proceedings, with a particular emphasis on ownership disputes. His contributions in this area are crucial for clients seeking to resolve conflicts and establish clear ownership, ensuring their interests are effectively represented in legal proceedings.
