Mr. Jung Ik CHO is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on General Civil Disputes, Criminal Defense Litigation, Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring, and Real Estate.
Mr. Cho joined the firm after serving as Presiding Judge at the Chungju Branch of the Cheongju District Court and has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases during his judicial tenure. In criminal matters, he handled cases involving economic crimes, election offenses, sexual offenses, bribery, and violations of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA). In civil matters, he managed construction and real estate disputes, as well as various petition cases. He was also recognized as an Outstanding Judge by both the Seoul Bar Association and the Chungbuk Bar Association.
Prior to his judicial appointment, he worked at a leading law firm, where he handled various civil and criminal cases, as well as corporate rehabilitation and insolvency matters.
