Julie Simeone is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. She represents law firms and individual lawyers accused of legal malpractice in all stages of litigation. Julie has represented firms in cases arising from complex financial transactions, cryptocurrency matters, and large-scale litigation, as well as those involving government investigations and bankruptcy proceedings.

Julie also has vast experience representing companies in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, media companies, software companies, artists, and technology startups.  Her representation extends across a variety of intellectual property matters—namely trade secret, copyright, patent, and trademark disputes.

From 2016 to 2017, Ms. Simeone served as a law clerk to the Hon. Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In 2025, Ms. Simeone was featured in the Law.com “How I Made Partner” series.
