Profile
Ms. Bermudez is director of our Transactional Real Estate department with 10 years' experience working as an attorney and international experience working in the LatAm group of Greenberg Traurig. She is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating complex international real estate agreements, cross-border real estate transactions, as well in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts. She has successfully acted on high-level international corporate transactions, including asset acquisitions, asset-backed securitizations, and major restructurings, worth hundreds of millions of dollars. She is adept and efficient at structuring complex financing deals, trust agreements, asset sales and purchases, and investment agreements.
She is a qualified lawyer with a postgraduate degree in contractual law. She also has earned LL.M. degree from NYU and is admitted to the State Bar of New York.
