Juan Manuel Ospina is a Senior Associate in Public Law and Infrastructure practice.

During his professional career at Garrigues, Juan Manuel has advised private clients in the structuring of offers in the course of public bidding processes, as well as in the financing of infrastructure projects, which mainly correspond to toll roads projects.

Additionally, he was part of the structuring team of the First Line of the Bogotá Metro, and is currently structuring the Second Line of the Bogotá Metro. Likewise, he has participated in the validation of infrastructure projects under the public-private association scheme.
