Profile
Juan is a senior associate in the Corporate Law Department at Garrigues. He is based at the firm's headquarters in Madrid.
Juan specializes in the area of financial regulatory law. His practice as a legal advisor is focused on banking and investment services regulation, collective investment schemes, AML-FT requirements, and market conduct rules. He has provided advice on a wide range of matters involving the financial sector, such as the setting up and passporting of regulated entities, contractual relations between financial institutions, and the review of compliance with regulatory requirements.
