Profile
Juan Carlos de la Calle is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
He has broad experience in civil and commercial litigation regarding contractual conflicts, the sale and purchase of companies, the challenge of corporate resolutions, liability of directors, the awarding of TV broadcasting rights to sports events, unfair competition, rights derived from the infringement of antitrust law, complex financial products, the sale and purchase of insurance portfolios and works contracts.
He provides advice on an ongoing basis in connection with pre-litigation matters involving all types of civil and commercial law conflicts.
Juan Carlos is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
