Josipa joined DTB's team in 2022 and since has been involved in the work of the Corporate and commercial, Regulatory matters and compliance team as well as Energy and transport team. Her work is mostly focused on providing clients with day-to-day corporate support and regulatory advice for clients in different regulated and non-regulated industries, such as tobacco industry, pharmaceuticals, food industry, consumer protection and labelling requirements.
In the Energy and transport team, Josipa is primarily focused on the legal regulation of the renewable energy sources and the procedure for obtaining an energy permit.
Moreover, Josipa is also qualified for handling enforcement and debt collection proceedings.
