Joseph Konadu is an Executive at ENS in Ghana. Joseph is a disputes lawyer, specialising in corporate and commercial litigation with emphasis on labour and industrial relations, debt recovery, product/manufacturer’s liability, real estate and construction, and intellectual property disputes.

He has acted for local and international clients in a variety of industries, including automobiles, food and beverage, financial intuitions, broadcasting and media, and pharmaceuticals.
 
Joseph’s experience includes advising clients in respect of a number of litigious matters, mediation and arbitration, as well as on facility agreements and the financing of major energy projects.
