Defense and case management in civil and corporate/commercial litigation (unfair competition, obligations and contracts, challenges to corporate resolutions, inheritance law) as well as criminal proceedings (white-collar crime and corporate/commercial offenses, offenses against workers' rights and the environment, tax offenses, forgery and misrepresentation).
