Profile
Joseba Larragán Escurza has been a partner in the Firm's North Area (Basque Country, La Rioja, Navarra) Tax Department since 2005, in which he has spent his entire professional career since joining Arthur Andersen, Asesores Legales y Tributarios in 1990.
He has extensive experience of providing ongoing tax advisory services to companies in all areas of tax law (corporate income tax, VAT, personal income tax, etc.) and, among others, the following:
- Tax reviews in corporate acquisition processes.
- Tax consolidation.
- Restructuring/Reorganizations.
- Taxation of executives/shareholders (personal income/wealth tax).
Regular lecturer on the Master's Degree in Tax Advisory Services at Universidad de Deusto, as well as on tax practice-related conferences and seminars delivered at financial institutions, insurance companies, etc.
Education
Associate's Degree in Corporate Tax Management from Fundación Bernaola de Deusto in 1989.
Member of the Comercial de Deusto Alumni Association and the Basque Economists' Association
