José Vicente García Sanjuan is a counsel in the Tax Law Department, where he has pursued his professional career since 2003.

He has extensive experience in the provision of tax advisory services, particularly in the areas of indirect taxation and taxation of the real estate sector, and is a member of the Garrigues VAT and Real Estate teams. He advises in non-residents taxation, internationalization projects at Spanish companies, working coordinately with lawyers from other jurisdictions.

In addition, he provides recurring advice on accounting and tax closing processes, on tax due diligence reviews, and on tax management, collection, penalty and inspection procedures.

He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences held by the Firm, and he routinely collaborates with various specialist centers and institutions representing the Alicante business community (Elche's CEU Cardenal Herrera University, Fundesem Business School or Administrative Managers of Alicante Association).
