Profile
José Joaquín Verdugo is a senior associate of the litigation and arbitration practice.
He has extensive experience in the representation of clients in high complexity litigation and arbitration cases. He has adviced clients in conflits of a wide variety of fields, such as mining, construction, energy and corporate, between many others.
He also serves as the Secretary of Arbitral Tribunals of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.
Previously he worked in the litigation and arbitration practice of the lawfirm Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos (2013-2016).
José Joaquín belongs to the Chilean Bar Association.
