José Francisco García Bustamante has been a partner in the tax law department of the Garrigues Seville office since 2007, where he has pursued his professional career following a stint at Arthur Andersen Asesores Legal y Tributarios. He specializes in tax law, with an emphasis on the real estate, tourism and hotel industries.

García Bustamante has advised on numerous family business group restructuring processes in Andalucía as well as on the international expansion of some of those business groups.

He has experience in merger and acquisition processes.

He is also in charge of heading the legal management of proceedings before the tax authorities and the courts in the judicial review jurisdiction.

García Bustamante is a member of the Seville Bar Association.

He is also a lecturer on the Tax Law Master's at Centro de Estudios Cajasol, and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences held by the Firm and various business centers and forums.
