Jorge Gómez de Membrillera is counsel in the Tax department of Garrigues' Valencia office where has pursued his professional career providing tax advisory services to businesses in a variety of sectors (distribution, food and agriculture, tourism, industry, real estate, automotive, etc.) and participating in numerous M&A transactions.

He has extensive experience in general taxation matters, the tax planning of wealth, family successions, business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, tax reviews and the defense of the taxpayer in verification and inspection proceedings carried out by the Spanish tax authorities.

He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences organized by the Firm and by different public and private organizations and institutions (chambers of commerce, professional associations, universities, etc.).
