Jorge Doménech is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice in the Canary Islands.

He has extensive experience in the area of private law and his legal practice involves both defense and legal counsel in all jurisdictions (judicial and arbitration), in both civil (contracts and obligations, non-contractual liability, late payment, construction defects, among others) and corporate/commercial matters (court-ordered call of shareholders' meetings, unfair competition, distribution and agency agreements, challenge of corporate resolutions, directors' liability, etc.).

A specialist in insolvency law, since beginning his professional career he has provided advice on insolvency proceedings, both in defense of the debtor and of different creditors. He has also participated in the assessment sections of insolvency proceedings and processes for the acquisition of production units of insolvent companies.

Jorge is a member of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Bar Association.
