Jorge Calle is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice.

Before joining Garrigues, he was an associate in the corporate area at Rubio Leguía Normand (Lima, 2010-2014). In addition, he has worked in the Madrid office of Garrigues as senior associate in the Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice (Madrid, 2017-2018).

He has extensive experience in cross-border and domestic project and infrastructure financings and corporate deals, as well as in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He provides ongoing advice to investors, sponsors, investment and commercial banks as well as multilateral agencies on matters relating to banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, having participated in a broad range of banking and M&A deals in the Peruvian market.

He was teaching assistant of Corporations course (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, 2010-2012).
