Jordan Smart is a member of Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, where he advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactions and governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, and other general corporate and securities matters.

Jordan regularly represents healthcare companies, including businesses operating ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals, in connection with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also represents public companies regarding annual and periodic reporting requirements, corporate governance matters, and compliance with stock exchange listing standards.

In addition, Jordan represents lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, mortgage indentures, government-guaranteed financings, private placements, and asset-based facilities. He has significant experience across a number of industries, including healthcare, energy, transportation, and private equity.
