Ms. JOOHYE MOON is a partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on General Civil Disputes, Construction & Real Estate, Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Criminal Defense Litigation, and Corporate.
Ms. Moon represents major and mid-sized domestic construction companies in Korea, handling litigation matters such as construction payment claims and defect liability lawsuits, as well as providing ongoing advisory services. She also acts on behalf of numerous redevelopment associations and local housing cooperatives, managing both litigation and advisory matters. In addition, she provides legal advisory services to domestic trust companies, handling a wide range of trust-related consultations and litigation.
Ms. Moon also serves as Legal Counsel to several institutions, including the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation.
