Jonathan Schulz is a business litigator who represents individuals and family-run small businesses, as well as large companies and public corporations. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of the dispute resolution process and litigates claims relating to breach of contract, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, violation of non-competition covenants, LLCs and partnerships, and other business matters. He has represented and counseled clients in litigation and business matters across various industries, including franchise and distribution, food and retail, healthcare, financial services, real estate, insurance, and technology.

Jonathan also regularly represents corporate clients and manufacturers against product liability claims. He has defended a broad range of manufacturers and suppliers, including those who make and sell sporting equipment, industrial chemicals, pesticides, boat engines and boats, truck parts, medical devices, and respiratory protective equipment.

A portion of his practice involves appeals of various civil matters. Jonathan has experience handling appeals in the North and South Carolina appellate courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
