Jonah is an associate in the Tax & Incentives team based in London.
Jonah primarily advises on:
- tax issues arising in respect of corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructures of corporate groups, venture capital and private equity investments;
- S/EIS and VCT qualifying fundraising;
- real estate transactions and property taxes; and
- all types of employee incentive arrangements, ranging from share options, share ownership (including growth share schemes), and employee benefit trusts.
