Jon Lasa is principal associate in the Corporate Law Department. He has broad experience advising on M&A (including due diligence processes), as well as corporate restructurings and joint-ventures. He regularly advises international clients (e.g. France, Germany, Middle East, UK) on cross-border transactions, as well as local companies on their corporate transactions.

Moreover, Jon provides ongoing corporate and commercial law advice to local and international clients active in all sorts of industries, while also acting, in some cases, as secretary on such entities' corporate bodies.

Jon joined Garrigues in September 2008. From September 2013 to March 2014 Jon was seconded to the London office of Travers Smith where he joined the Corporate Finance team.

From December 2014 to October 2016 Jon worked as associate of the Corporate team of Allen & Overy in Madrid.

Jon is member of the Guipúzcoa Bar Association.
