Profile
Jon Larrañaga Unanue is a senior associate in Garrigues' tax practice.
He has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to legal entities (domestic and international companies, listed companies) as well as individuals on all tax-related areas subject to "historical territory" legislation (Basque Country and Navarra) and "common territory" legislation (the rest of Spain).
Jon belongs to the firm's family business line of specialization and has several years' experience in family business successions.
He also has experience in reorganization and company acquisition processes, due diligence processes, tax consolidation, inspection proceedings, and proceedings in the administrative and judicial review jurisdictions.
He is a member of the Basque Country Economists Association.
