John T. Baxter is an Attorney in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses his practice primarily on entertainment litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. Mr. Baxter has significant experience in courts across the state of Tennessee and beyond, including appellate experience before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Baxter also has authored numerous works that have been published by various outlets from Thompson Reuters, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and Law360, among others
