Profile

John Neway Herrman works with special focus on contracts, IT and tech. He is also head of Delphi's FinTech group.

John acts as an advisor to clients in matters that involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements regarding outsourcing, licensing, purchase of goods and services, distribution and other types of strategic collaborations. John also supports clients in cases regarding AI and cyber security. John has particular experience in providing advice to companies operating in the financial sector regarding regulatory matters and contracts.
