Profile
Joffrey Dobosz is a Managing Associate in the Lausanne office of Walder Wyss. He advises Swiss and multinational companies, as well as private individuals, on all matters relating to employment law. His practice notably includes the drafting and review of employment contracts, staff regulations, termination agreements and other related contractual documentation, as well as advising on individual and collective hirings and dismissals, incentive plans, data protection, social security and pension schemes, staff leasing, and non-compete and non-solicitation clauses. He regularly represents clients before courts and various Swiss authorities. In addition, he conducts internal investigations in the field of employment law relating to white-collar crime and/or suspected misconduct by corporate bodies and/or employees.
Joffrey Dobosz graduated from the University of Neuchâtel (BLaw, 2014; MLaw, 2016). He subsequently completed his legal traineeship with a law firm in Fribourg and was admitted to the bar in 2019. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he worked with a leading Swiss law firm in Geneva.
Since 2025, he has held the Swiss Federal Diploma in Social Insurance, awarded by the Swiss Federation of Social Insurance Employees (FSIE).
Joffrey Dobosz is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), where he is active in the Litigation and Employment Law Commissions, as well as of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
He works in French and English.
