Joey is based in Carey Olsen's Singapore office. She advises sponsors, investment managers and investors on:

• fund structuring and formation


• fund offering regulations


• fund management licensing and regulatory matters

Her practice focuses on private funds across a range of asset classes and investment strategies.

Joey has experience with both Singapore onshore and offshore fund structures and has assisted clients with due diligence for fund investments and investor negotiations. She has also advised clients on the establishment and operation of joint venture funds, as well as on fund acquisitions and disposals of investments.

Joey is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
