Jodie Muller is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Jodie specialises in general finance matters including, leverage finance, asset finance and real estate finance and has also assisted on various project finance matters and providing legal advice on public private partnerships.

Her experience includes advising local and international banks on the provision of financing to mining companies for general corporate purposes, financing of corporates for the acquisition of assets and refinancing of existing financial indebtedness and acting as legal advisor under the transaction advisor for different public private partnerships.

Jodie is a member of the Gauteng Provincial Office of the Legal Practice Counsel.
