Jo has considerable experience in advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and the property aspects of corporate based matters. Her practice encompasses complex development work with particular focus on regeneration, large scale mixed use developments and infrastructure projects within the  regulated rail environment. Jo has also considerable experience leading and delivering large scale bespoke projects involving multi disciplinary teams and specialisms. Jo acts for a number of well know developers, retailers, insurers, manufactures and corporate occupiers. Joanne heads up the Real Estate team in Shoosmiths the Solent office.

Joanne qualified in 1987 and joined Shoosmiths as a partner in 2005, having previously worked at Denton Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) where she was made a partner in 1999.
